So Asriel's name is an anagram for "Serial Murderer", Asgore's name is an anagram for "Sage or Murderer", but can Toriel's name be an anagram for "Roilte Murderer", or "Royalty Murderer"?

i know, but my idea makes you think, doesn't it?
Sorry but I think its a bit of a stretch
Toriel isn't a murderer though (and I think she's self aware of the anagram via a TP text message), because she gets shocked when she kills you, as it wasn't intentional.

She is an accessory to murder because she refused to do anything to assist the previous six humans through the Underground and also did nothing to stop Asgore from killing them despite being clearly strong enough and influential enough in order to do so. Her intentions, like Asgore's, were well meaning, but their actions still leave them equally responsible for the deaths of those humans.

Yeah, I see what you mean
another anagram of her name is "Toiler Murderer", which makes sense because she toils to make sure the fallen human children stay with her as "her" children, and if they don't, she attacks them.
Toriel is an anagram of Loiter. Kind of makes sense, that she loiters in the ruins 24/7.
As for the Dreemurr part, she is never referred to as a Dreemurr, so it is safe to leave that out.
Yeah. I think I should add “loiter” to the trivia section.
