During the Genocide Route, this song gets slowed down to a fourth ("slowed down by 75%", "played at 0.25x speed"), only after the Snowdin area kill count gets exhausted. If mus_toomuch.ogg is triggered in Snowdin Forest, that music plays instead.
This song also plays at half speed during a Neutral Route where all of the monsters in Snowdin are killed before facing Papyrus.[1]
